How It Works
1) Start Intake
Tell us about your property, timing, and goals. This kicks off your onboarding record.
2) E‑Sign Agreement
We’ll send your Owner Maintenance & Reimbursement Agreement for secure e‑signature.
3) Upload Documents
Complete the checklist—ID, lease (if occupied), insurance, HOA rules, keys/lock info, utilities.
4) Next Steps
We activate your onboarding plan and, if needed, schedule your strategy call.
Policy Highlights
Repair Approvals
Repairs up to $500 per event are auto‑approved, including routine lawn care and landscaping. Any single expense above $500 requires owner authorization.
Payment Policy
We only earn our management fee when your property is occupied.
