How do I pay rent?

A secure rent payment link is emailed monthly. You can pay via ACH, debit card, or credit card using Stripe. Rent is due on the 1st and late after the 5th.

 

What happens if I pay late?

A late fee is applied automatically based on your lease terms. If you’re experiencing hardship, please notify us immediately to discuss options.

 

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Submit requests through the Tenant Portal. You can upload photos and select the urgency level. Our Property Manager will respond during business hours.

 

What is considered a maintenance emergency?

Emergencies include: fire, flooding, power loss, broken A/C in extreme heat, or anything affecting safety or livability. After-hours, you may handle the emergency and submit the invoice for review.

 

How do I get a copy of my lease?

Email management@ffpmllc.com with your name and property address. We will email you a copy within 1–2 business days.
